You start the day with a brief team huddle, where you and your colleagues discuss the day’s schedule: what meetings are on the agenda, what your tasks are, and whether you need support from the team. This ensures that everyone is aware of each other’s priorities, keeping us collectively focused on progress.
Then, you dive into your daily tasks. These may vary from handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, to working on our software development. It could also involve working on a cross-circle project. Our teams (what we call circles) include Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Success, Event Consultancy, and People.
We also value connection with colleagues, so we have lunch together, where everyone prepares their own sandwich at the table. There's also time for a coffee break or a quick game of table football.
